About the Retreat

Thanks for your interest in the Busy Bee Writing Retreat to be held September 24th–27th, 2026, Gulf Shores, Alabama! This retreat is especially for working women who write or just have something to say! As a Busy Bee, it can be hard to set aside dedicated time for your writing projects or endeavors as you are juggling work, family, and community responsibilities. However, you still have dreams, desires, and goals to fulfill. The Busy Bee Writing Retreat allows you to do just that with like-minded women who are short on time but long on creativity and imagination!

If you are interested in attending, act now and secure your spot! A full schedule for the weekend will be sent as we get closer to the retreat and will include dynamic workshops presented by experts as well as a networking session. As you prepare to join us, please plan to arrive at the retreat site in Gulf Shores, Alabama by 6:00 pm September 24th, and let me know if you need assistance planning your travel.

Our accommodation is a beautiful, private beachfront home in Gulf Shores, Alabama! Each participant will have her own bed and arrangements have been made with this in mind.

All retreat meals, snacks, and beverages are included in your cost. Any food allergies or dietary restrictions will be taken into consideration. Feel free to bring any favorite food or beverage items of your own if you would like.

The all-inclusive payment is due by August 3rd and may be paid in full at any time. An initial non-refundable deposit of $200 is due at the time of booking. A payment schedule will be sent to you through PayPal.
